EZETech Customer Service Disclosure and Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing EZETech. Before we proceed with any diagnostics or repair, please review and agree to the following terms of service:

Diagnostic Fee and Hourly Rate:

EZETech charges a $50 diagnostic fee for all computer/tech assessments, which will be applied toward the total cost if you choose to proceed with additional services. Our standard hourly rate for repairs or additional services is $100 per hour.

Approval for Additional Work:

After completing the initial diagnostic, we will provide an estimate of any recommended repairs or services. No further work will be performed without your approval.

Liability Waiver:

While EZETech technicians use the utmost care in handling and servicing your equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to hardware or software during diagnostics, repair, or other services. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you release EZETech from liability for any potential damage or data loss.

Right to Refuse Service:

EZETech reserves the right to decline service to any customer at our discretion and for any reason we deem appropriate.

Right to Modify Terms:

EZETech reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of our terms will be available on our website and will apply to all future services provided.
